The National Bank of Romania carries a mandate older than most of its peers — and a digital presence that needed to match its institutional weight without becoming stiff. The brief: render a central bank's authority, transparency, and human side, all in the same surface.
Most government and institutional sites fail in one direction: too distant, too dense, or both. BNR wanted readable monetary policy alongside calm civic communication, in two languages, on every device.
We worked across strategy, information architecture, brand language, and front-end engineering to deliver a presence that respects the institution and the citizen. Long-form policy content reads like an editorial magazine. Data — exchange rates, inflation, monetary indicators — surfaces with calm precision.
