The brief.

K2 Systems supports thousands of installers across more than a dozen markets. The volume of everyday questions — about parts, compatibility, regulations, edge cases — was outpacing what a human support function could carry alone.

The brief: an AI-based digital agent that handles common installer questions, learns from real interactions, and stays maintainable by the K2 team without retraining everything from scratch.

What we did.

We built KAI: a digital agent populated with structured information sourced from K2's product documentation, engineering data, and support history. Its design allows the K2 team to continuously refine responses based on installer interactions — a structured feedback loop that lets the system improve progressively.

KAI is live at kai.k2-systems.com, available 24/7, serving installers in 13 language markets. Publicly unveiled at The smarter E Europe / Intersolar in Munich, July 2025.
